Great news for the earth as one of the rarest plants in the UK was found two days ago growing in hiding in a Norfolk farmland pond called “Ghost Pond”.
The discovery was made by a university teacher after the work to restore Ghost Pond troubled the plant seeds which were submerged in the mud.
Now scientists are hoping to cultivate the population and expand it to cover more areas .
